There is no charge to enter any of our awards.
You may enter as many categories as you wish, but you must complete a separate submission for each category. Sponsors are not permitted to enter a category they are sponsoring.
Once you have submitted your entry you will receive an email confirming that we have received your nomination.
Entries can only be accepted from businesses whose base, or a substantial proportion of its business is within Hull and East Riding.
All information provided in the entry form is strictly confidential and only for use in the judging process and viewed by the judging panel.
Midnight, Sunday 25 September.
The judging will take place w/c 10 October. All finalists will be contacted by email or telephone within 7 days of the judging. The shortlist will be published online.
A distinguished panel of experts will meet to choose the winners. Each nomination is assessed by the panel against set criteria.
This year’s winners will be announced at a glittering awards ceremony which will take place at the DoubleTree by Hilton, Ferensway, Hull on Thursday 17 November.

The dress code is black tie.
We have a number of rooms available to book at the reduced rate of £95.
Please note guests should book early to avoid disappointment – the rate remains valid up to 2 weeks prior to event date or until all the bedrooms on the rate are booked – whichever is earlier.

We always try to accommodate special dietary requirements and request this information in advance of the awards event. You can do this via the website when booking your tickets/tables. Once logged into your account, you will see dietary requirements in the booking section under each guest’s personal details. If you need advice or help with this, or would like to discuss any specific details please contact the event manager. Please note that all special dietary requirements must be arranged in advance.
Of course, please inform the events team in advance of the evening who will ensure you are seated in the best place to accommodate your needs.
Limited parking is available at the venue which is chargeable. Alternatively, we recommend that you park at St Stephens shopping centre which is a short walk from the hotel.
There will be a table plan on display in the drinks reception area when you arrive. Your name and table number will be displayed on the plan. A member of the events team will be on hand to help you find your seat.
